How do I order?

I select the product I want and add it to the shopping cart. To add a product to your cart, click on the "Add to cart" button. Once your product has been added to the basket, click on the "My basket" button at the top right or "Go to basket" and click on "Order".

How long is the delivery time?

Our average delivery time is 7 to 12 working days for the UK/USA, except when the time is indicated in the product description.

For foreign countries, please allow 15 to 20 days.

A processing time of 24 hours is necessary to prepare the orders.

During the peak season, we may have a few days delay due to the high frequency of orders (4-5 working days).

Do you deliver abroad?

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world.

Is my payment secure?

The payment by credit card or via PayPal made on the website is secure. We use a secure SSL certificate to protect your bank details. Blue cards, Visa Eurocard and Mastercard, are accepted. After the transaction, a confirmation of the payment will be sent to you by email.I have not received an order confirmation?

This may be due to an incorrect email address or a spam filter in your inbox. Please check that your email address is spelled correctly when placing your order.


I want to change my delivery address, is this possible?

If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible on our "Contact us" page. We may still be able to make the change. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to do anything.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Yes, you have 3 hours from the time your order was placed. Just send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund 100% of the amount.
